Source of Covid-19 ???

I have read extensively on Covid, especially the writings of investigative journalist Debbie Lerman. In early 2020, she discovered the change from Health and Human Services (HHS) leadership to direction by the National Security Council (NSC). See her book, The Deep State goes Viral, Brownstone Institute, 2025. Another author I have read with somewhat less assurance) is Will Jones, editor of the Daily Sceptic. Source:

Ideally, I would like to see a Covid timeline, similar to those developed by Matt Taibbi. Timelines are particularly useful when events take place over months or years. But those I have found mostly start in 2019. Perhaps the nearest to my interest is the Mayo Clinic Timeline for Covid which documents mRNA research dating to 1987.

Here is my Covid timeline, based on personal research, Lerman, and Jones:

September 11, 2001, Terror attack on the World Trade Center and the Pentagon.

September 18, 2001, Anthrax letters kill several people.

October 26, 2001, Patriot Act signed into law by George W. Bush. The "USA/Patriot Act," an overnight revision of the nation's surveillance laws vastly expanded the government's authority to spy on its own citizens, while simultaneously reducing checks and balances on those powers like judicial oversight, public accountability, and the ability to challenge government searches in court.

December 2005, Public Readiness and Emergency Preparedness Act (PREP Act), passed by the United States Congress also signed into law by George W. Bush. The PREP Act authorizes the Secretary of the [HHS] Secretary) to issue a PREP Act declaration. The declaration provides immunity from liability (except for willful misconduct)

for claims:

• of loss caused, arising out of, relating to, or resulting from administration or use of countermeasures to diseases, threats and conditions

• determined by the Secretary to constitute a present, or credible risk of a future public health emergency

• to entities and individuals involved in the development, manufacture, testing, distribution, administration, and use of such countermeasures

2014, The National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease [NIAID], headed by Anthony Fauci, awarded $3.4 million grant to EcoHealth Alliance in New York City. Peter Daszak and his EcoHealth group hired the virology lab in Wuhan China to conduct analysis of bat coronavirus. EcoHealth ultimately received $3.7 million over six years from the NIH and distributed nearly $600,000 of the total to China’s Wuhan Institute of Virology.

2016, A draft white paper was written jointly by Epstein, VP for Science and Outreach at EcoHealth Alliance, Schountz of Colorado State University, and Vincent Munster Senior Scientist at the NIH, NIAID Rocky Mountain Laboratory in Hamilton Montana. This paper proposes to establish a specific bat colony at Colorado State to study their relationship to viruses and virus transmission. The paper notes, “…larger questions about how bats (the second largest group of mammals with more than 1,200 species) can host these viruses…without substantial pathology, yet they cause substantial disease in other species, including humans.”

2018, US virologist Ralph Baric “engineered the Covid-19 virus SARS-CoV-2 in his lab at the University of North Carolina as part of his work in connection with the 2018 DEFUSE funding proposal [Defusing the Threat of Bat-born Coronaviruses]”. A search of the US Patent Office returned 43 patents for Ralph Baric regarding various viruses including coronavirus. In DEFUSE he proposed to inoculate wild Chinese bats with his newly patented viruses, per Will Jones.

2018, But the winning 2018 DARPA bid was for a project called PREEMPT led by Munster based at Fauci’s Rocky Mountain Lab. Both PREEMPT and Baric’s losing DEFUSE project had the same benefit in mind: to prevent a future pandemic by using an engineered SARS virus to infect bats, per Will Jones.

2019, After the DARPA funding went to PREEMPT, Fauci [funded an] $82 million program called CREID [Centers for Research in Emerging Infectious Diseases], awarded in summer of 2019, in which both Baric and Munster’s teams would cooperate for research into Munster’s concept of using aerosol forms of a SARS virus to infect bats. Bats would then be expected to gain natural immunity and prevent spillover to humans. A principal investigator for this program was Peter Daszak, EcoHealth Alliance in New York City who was already working with the Wuhan Lab.

January 31, 2020, HHS Determination a Public Health Emergency Exists Nationwide as the Result of the 2019 Novel Coronavirus. When applied specifically to Covid, this [was the wording]:

the Secretary of the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) determined that there is a public health emergency that has a significant potential to affect national security or the health and security of United States citizens living abroad, and that involves the virus that causes Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) [Emphasis added]

February 1, 2020, Anthony Fauci calls Kristian Andersen learning that Andersen suspected the Covid virus was “engineered” in a lab. Andersen was another principal investigator for Fauci’s CREID along with Daszak.

February 27, 2020, Deborah Birx, an immunologist and Colonel in the Army became the White House Coronavirus Response Coordinator for Covid. Now the National Security Agency (NSA), not HHS/FEMA or others are in charge. This means the White House Task Force can classify deliberations leading to masking, social distancing, lockdowns-until-vaccine, and injections of people as young as 2. With the PREP Act’s immunity from 2005, DOD and FDA Emergency Use Authorization, and an NSA pandemic plan from 2016 in hand, action can be done quickly.

March 13, 2020, Trump 45 declares a National Emergency.

March 13,2020, The New York Times publishes a “Pandemic Crisis Action Plan, dated January 2021. Jeffrey Tucker of the Brownstone Institute has speculated Rajeev Venkayya, a former Special Assistant to the President for Biodefense was principal author of this plan.

March 17, 2020, In an apparent reverse, Kristian Andersen publishes an article indicating a zoonotic origin of Covid, not a lab engineered origin. I suspect a Covid “zoonotic origin” in a “wet market” relieves Collins and Fauci et al of any responsibility for the pandemic which came from Wuhan. The zoonotic origin argument, PREP Act immunity, and NSA document classification relieves Collins, Fauci and others of public responsibility. Biden later pardons Fauci giving four layers of protection to our nation’s highest paid Federal employee ($417,608 in 2019). The people mentioned all know one another. They work together and will never be held accountable

March 27, 2020, the Pfizer mRNA injection was approved to stop the Covid virus. Donald Trump who prides himself on getting fast results and many others were under extreme pressure to produce. Pfizer and Moderna provided exactly what was wanted.

August 2020, Scott Atlas (A Plague Upon Our House, Bombardier Books, 2021) joins the White House Task Force on Covid. Lerman notes Atlas saying in amazement, “[Fauci, Redfield of the CDC, and Birx] never ever questioned or disagreed with one another in Task force meetings. Not ever.” Knowing they would not be held accountable may explain their demeanor.

January 24, 2021, Steve Hilton then with Fox News provided the first detailed information on Covid I saw with a 15+ minute Special Investigation of Coronavirus Origins. Over five years I have learned additional knowledge, from Debbie Lerman, Will Jones, and others.

CONCLUSION: Based on this timeline, it seems plausibly true Covid-19 was “invented” in the US, tested in Wuhan China, where it “escaped” the Lab, and killed millions. If true, this pandemic was avoidable, caused authorities to invoke emergency use authorization, to insist mRNA injections provide immunity and non-transmissibility, to offer “noble lies” about masks and distancing; and to cover up their work using national security classification followed by military style directives with censorship, economic, educational, and personal devastation for many Americans.

Later, we learn mRNA injections provide protection for only about four months. The Cleveland Clinic in a study of 50,000 employees has shown more injections led to more Covid infections. Source 1 and Source 2 There are mRNA side effects which are harmful to human health. More injections probably lead to more side effects. My wife and I have advised our healthcare providers we do not want any more mRNA injections, even at our vulnerable age. Re-defining the word “vaccine” to include mRNA may be simple and quick. It is not sufficient to show mRNA injections are vaccines, i.e. provide safe long-term immunity!!! I disagree with Debbie Lerman on this point, even as mRNA has been established as a vaccine in the American lexicon. I leave it to others, better positioned to establish a final ruth.

REFLECTION: As an American citizen, the fact I don’t know much about mRNA and gene function doesn’t absolve me from learning what I can, forming an opinion, and being willing to verbalize and vote on it. I may be wrong. I have been before. But my learning process holds for any subject of major human importance in America such as Anthropogenic Global Warming, 10 or 20 million illegal migrants entering the US, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Bitcoins or affordable housing.

Citizens, not just members of Congress, should have access, ability, and motivation to read and understand our nation’s laws and to “follow-the-money”. Experts should not be funded with my tax money if they can’t or don’t explain with reasonable accuracy the potential benefits and costs of their work to people of normal learning ability. Credentials mean little. I deliberately did not use any in this post, including my own. That is not disrespectful. People I look for are those with common sense, capable of being helpful. I try to be helpful to others.
